Nikhil K C is a multidisciplinary artist who works with various mediums such as photography, installation, painting, film and design. He has conducted various creative workshops for children. Pulchadikal (conducted as part of the Art by Children program for Kochi Muziris Biennale 2016-2017) being one among a few. He was a residency artist in the pepper house residency programme, conducted by Kochi Muziris Biennale 2018-2019. He is interested in creating conversations and dialogues with images and forms found in decaying and abandoned spaces.  By creating imaginary archives with discarded objects, his work focuses on creating new referentiality to lost referential objects.  As a photographer and videographer, he works in the genre of docu-fiction. He has been doing various design projects including communication design, exhibition design, branding etc.
